Terms of Service

Twin Unified Studios LLC — Bro

Effective date: August 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Bro, the Bro website, or related support services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Bro or its related materials.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the Bro application, website, product pages, documentation, support features, and related materials. Future optional services may be governed by additional or updated terms.

3. Eligibility and parental permission

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bro. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use Bro only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A store age rating may describe content suitability and is separate from this minimum eligibility requirement.

4. License grant

Subject to these Terms, Twin Unified Studios LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Bro for lawful personal purposes on compatible devices you own or control, subject to applicable App Store rules.

5. Intellectual property

Bro, its name, software, branding, mascot, artwork, personality system, interface, written materials, website content, and related materials are owned by Twin Unified Studios LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, or redistribute Bro except as expressly permitted by law.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Modify, exploit, interfere with, or bypass security, licensing, or technical controls.
  • Use Bro or its support systems for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
  • Represent Bro or its protected materials as your own or remove ownership notices.

7. On-device data and user responsibility

Bro does not require an account and does not provide cross-device synchronization. Information you enter, including tasks, reminders, notes, names, birthdays, and important dates, is stored on your device. You are responsible for your device, access controls, notification permissions, and any backups or device-transfer methods available to you.

Deleting Bro, erasing or losing your device, storage corruption, hardware failure, or other device-level events may permanently remove your information. Twin Unified Studios LLC does not receive your Bro data and cannot remotely inspect, restore, or recover it.

8. Reminders and task results

Bro is a productivity tool. Reminders and notifications depend on device settings, permissions, operating-system behavior, battery conditions, and other factors outside Twin Unified Studios LLC’s control. Bro does not guarantee that a reminder will be delivered at a particular time or that using the app will cause you to complete any task, deadline, habit, or goal.

9. Personalities and optional stronger language

Bro includes selectable personalities that change the wording and tone of the experience. Some personalities may use humorous, exaggerated, informal, or silly language. Personality text is for entertainment and motivation and should not be treated as professional guidance or a statement about the user.

A separate stronger-language setting may permit profanity or language some users consider inappropriate. It is disabled by default, is optional, and is not required to use any personality. Users under the legal age of majority should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before enabling it. You are responsible for choosing settings appropriate for you and anyone who can access your device.

10. Privacy

Your use of Bro is also governed by the Bro Privacy Policy, which explains Bro’s local-only design, website preferences, and voluntary bug-report and support submissions.

11. Support submissions

If you voluntarily send a bug report or support request, you are responsible for the information and attachments you include. Do not submit tasks, names, birthdays, notes, important dates, credentials, or other personal or sensitive information. Email providers and FormSubmit process submissions under their own terms and privacy practices.

12. Security disclaimer

No software, device, storage system, notification service, or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free. You use Bro at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bro, its website, or support features in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, disrupts intended operation, introduces malicious content, abuses support channels, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities.

14. Pricing, purchases, and availability

Pricing, promotions, availability, supported devices, and features may change. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, payment rules, refund policies, and account requirements. Unless required by law, displayed features or pricing do not guarantee continued availability, future updates, or feature permanence.

15. Changes and future features

Bro may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features, personalities, language, visuals, platform requirements, and availability may evolve. Optional connected features introduced in the future may require additional terms or privacy disclosures.

16. Termination

This license ends if you materially violate these Terms. Twin Unified Studios LLC may restrict access to its website, product materials, or support systems when reasonably necessary to address violations, misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Because Bro’s core information is stored locally and no Bro account exists, support cannot remotely manage or restore your app data.

17. No professional or emergency service

Bro does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, educational, safety, or other professional advice. It is not an emergency service and should not be used as the only method for remembering urgent, medical, safety-critical, or legally significant obligations.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bro, its website, support features, and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, availability, security, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Unified Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, tasks, reminders, dates, opportunities, productivity, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to Bro, its website, support features, or your inability to use them.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twin Unified Studios LLC, its owners, members, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of Bro, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or a third party’s rights.

21. Maximum remedy

If Twin Unified Studios LLC is found liable despite these limitations, your exclusive remedy will be limited to the amount you actually paid, if any, for Bro or the applicable service giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

22. Arbitration agreement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms, Bro, its website, or related services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court. You understand that arbitration generally waives a trial before a judge or jury.

23. Class-action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dispute proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, representative, collective, or private-attorney-general action.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

25. Severability and no waiver

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

26. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as Bro or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be revised when updates are published. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

27. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent through Bro Support or by email to info@twinunifiedstudios.com.
