Something acting weird? Start with the quick checks below. If it still won’t cooperate, tell us what happened.

Quick troubleshooting

• Close and reopen Bro, then try the action again.
• Check for an app update and install the latest supported operating-system update. Bro requires iOS 17.6 or later.
• Confirm the task’s due time, reminder time, and completion state.
• Bro stores information on your device and does not sync between devices. Deleting the app may remove access to that on-device information.

Notification troubleshooting

• Open your device’s system settings and confirm notifications are allowed for Bro.
• Check Focus, Do Not Disturb, notification summaries, and device-level scheduling settings.
• Confirm the task is not already completed and its reminder time has not passed.

Report a bug

Use Bro’s built-in Bug Report feature. It opens your email service and prepares a message containing only:

• Your device type.
• Your operating-system version.
• Your Bro app version.

The report does not automatically include tasks, names, birthdays, important dates, reminders, notes, or other personal app information. You decide whether to send the email. Your email service may include your sending address, and anything you manually add will also be included, so do not add sensitive information.
